DC Bike Path: 1/2 Marathon Training, Easy Run. Dist: (6.35)mi. Pace-avg: (15:58)min./mi. Speed-avg: (3.8)mph. Speed-max: (5.5)mph. Burned: (726) Calories.
The goal for today was (4) miles at a (17:50) pace for a time of (1:11:22), or so. I did four (4) miles at an average pace of (14:46)min./mi. for an elapsed time of (59:03.66)min. Pretty good. I jogged twice during my Jog phase, one (1) mile the first time and (1.32) miles the second time, for a total of (2.32) miles jogged during this (4) mile easy run. That felt pretty good. And when I left the house today it was in the low 80's with a breeze. Nice and comfortable.
This was the first of four scheduled Easy Run's this week: Thursday and Friday will be (3) mi. each, and Sunday will be (4) mi.
